Refund policy


1. Returns – General Policy

All fine art prints are produced specifically for each order.

For this reason, custom-sized, made-to-order, or personalized fine art prints are not eligible for return, as permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • the print arrives damaged
  • the print is defective
  • the wrong artwork was delivered

If any of the above applies, please contact me so the issue can be resolved promptly.


2. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your print immediately upon delivery.

If your print is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery at: contact@marcofischerart.com

Please include:

  • clear photos of the artwork
  • photos of the external and internal packaging

All shipments are fully insured.
Once the issue is confirmed, a replacement print will be provided at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • custom-sized or made-to-order prints
  • personalized prints
  • sale items
  • gift cards

Custom and made-to-order fine art prints are produced on demand and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal, as permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only in cases of:

  • damage during shipping
  • manufacturing defects
  • incorrect delivery

Exchanges are handled as replacements and do not constitute a general right of return.


5. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, unless the artwork is custom-made, personalized, or produced to order, in which case the right of withdrawal does not apply under EU consumer law.

 Return conditions:

  • the artwork must be in the same condition as received
  • it must be unused and in its original packaging
  • proof of purchase must be provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the print was damaged, defective, or incorrect.


6. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned print has been received and inspected.
A return of the item may be required before a refund is issued.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact me.


7. International Shipping Notes
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during shipping or return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
  • Shipping or customs delays may affect the return process.
