Ordering Process

What types of Prints are available?

All artworks in my online portfolio are available as museum-quality fine art pigment prints behind acrylic glass, produced using archival, museum-grade materials to ensure exceptional color accuracy, depth, and long-term stability.

All prints arrive ready to hang with a professional mounting system and are produced in collaboration with a specialized fine art lab. Artworks are shipped directly to collectors worldwide to ensure consistent quality and secure handling.

Are the prints limited Editions?

Yes. All artworks are released as artist-authorized limited editions. Each artwork is available in selected, fixed sizes, with each size representing its own independent limited edition and a strictly defined number of prints.

All prints are editioned and numbered and include a certificate of authenticity, issued, signed, and archived by the artist. Once an edition of a specific size is sold out, no further prints of that size will be produced.

How do I place an order?

Select an artwork, choose your preferred size, and complete the secure checkout process. All payments are processed using encrypted payment technology, and production begins only after payment confirmation.

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM-SIZED PRINT?

Yes, custom-sized prints are available upon request and are produced individually.

Custom artworks are therefore excluded from returns or withdrawal unless the artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact me prior to ordering to discuss feasibility, pricing, and production timelines.

How large can your work be produced?

Selected artworks can be produced as seamless fine art pigment prints behind acrylic glass in sizes of up to 500 × 240 cm.

For large-format installations or site-specific projects, please contact me directly.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my work?

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, shipping carriers, customs clearance, or destination.

How will my order be shipped?

All artworks are professionally packaged using custom protective materials designed specifically for fine art shipping.

Shipments are fully insured and dispatched with delivery confirmation via international courier services.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide shipping is available. International delivery times may vary depending on destination and local customs procedures.

PRICES, TAXES & IMPORT DUTIES

All prices are shown in the shop currency and include VAT where applicable.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns, Damages & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

All artworks are produced individually with great care and made to order.

Returns are accepted only if the artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my print arrives damaged or defective?

Please inspect your artwork immediately upon delivery and contact me within 7 days if your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include clear photos of the artwork and the internal and external packaging.

All shipments are fully insured. Once the issue is confirmed, a replacement print will be provided at no additional cost.

ARE EXCHANGES POSSIBLE?

Exchanges are offered only in cases of shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect delivery. Exchanges are handled as replacements and do not constitute a general right of return.

EU customers – right of withdrawal

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, unless the artwork is custom-made or produced to order.

If a withdrawal applies, the artwork must be unused and in its original packaging, proof of purchase must be provided, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.

WHEN ARE REFUNDS ISSUED?

Refunds are issued only after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

General

WHY ARE THE PRINTS NOT HAND-SIGNED?

Artworks are produced in collaboration with a professional fine art lab and shipped directly to collectors worldwide to ensure consistent quality and secure handling.

Edition control and authentication are managed by the artist and documented through the accompanying certificate of authenticity.

Are the prints high quality or pixelated?

All artworks are produced using professional-grade equipment and high-resolution source files.

Minor color variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration and do not constitute a defect.

ARE THE PRINTS SUITABLE FOR COLLECTORS OR GALLERIES?

Yes. All artworks are produced as artist-authorized limited editions using archival materials suitable for long-term display in private collections, galleries, and curated spaces.

Do you take commissions?

Yes, commissions are accepted on a selective basis.
